This link is audio detected with an ICOM R-8500 receiver tuned to 217.927 MHz SSB. The antenna is a 13 element 220 MHz. beam pointed upward and to the east. The CW signal is from a Space Radar facility in Lake Kickapoo, TX, formally called NAVSPASUR. It is now operated by the USAF.
